Principles

The Quality Assurance Cell of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences shall commit to ensuring that the entire educational experience it offers is of the highest quality, based on the following principles.

  1. Comply with all applicable statutory laws and regulations.
  2. Adoption of a holistic approach and integrate academic, academic support, and administrative activities of the faculty to ensure fulfillment of the required academic and professional standards.
  3. Recognition and appreciation of the diversity of disciplines and/or subject areas offered by the faculty.
  4. Promotion of open-minded discussion among the academic, academic support, and administrative staff to enhance confidence in quality assurance.
  5. Rely on multiple methods and perspectives to improve quality, thus diversity within the faculty is not affected.
  6. Adoption of an evidence-based approach to quality assurance with a focus on continuous improvement of academic and administrative activities of the faculty.
