Guidelines for poster presenters
Abstract Format

Payments
Registration fee and other payment information are given in the conference
website. (http://health.sjp.ac.lk/rchs/ ).
For direct payment https://payments.sjp.ac.lk/cyberext/index.php
Please submit the camera-ready copy of your final version of the abstract and
the payment slip ONLY using the link below on or before 30th June 2026.
Late submissions will NOT be entertained.
Guidelines for Poster Presentations
● The scientific programme which includes information regarding time and venues
of poster presentations will be uploaded in the conference website.
● Poster should be digitally printed with dimensions 48″ x 36″ (4 feet × 3 feet )
● Orientation should be a portrait (an illustration is attached to the mail)
● The university logo (attached to the mail ) should be on the top left side corner
and the Poster number should be printed on the top right corner.
● Please be present at the relevant venue by 11.15 am on 16th of July 2026.
when the judging panel comes to you
● The presenter is responsible for setting up and displaying the poster at the allocated
location for the respective poster at the conference by 8.30 a.m. on 16th of July
2026
● Poster prizes will be presented in the award ceremony on 16th July 2026 at 4.15 p.m.,
and it is requested that all presenters be in attendance to collect a prize should their
abstract be nominated

● Camera ready copy of your abstract
● Bank slip of the registration
● If you are a student: a copy of your student ID
