Please submit the camera-ready copy of your final version of the abstract and

Guidelines for Oral Presentations
● To maintain consistency, please use the format below,
o Use Arial/Arial Black font
o Font Size: Main Topic 40
o Font Size: Subtopics 32-38
o Font Size: Body Minimum 22
o Slide size 16:9
- The scientific programme which includes information regarding time and venues
of oral presentations will be uploaded in the conference website. Please be at
the relevant venue by 12.15 pm on 16th of July 2026 and hand over your
PowerPoint presentation at the relevant venue.

● Please do not submit your presentation to the conference e mail.
● You are given 10 minutes for your presentation. This includes eight minutes
presentation followed by two minutes for questions and answers. Presentations
which are longer or considerably shorter than the allocated time will be penalized
by judges.
● The oral presentation will be evaluated by a panel of two judges and the best oral
presentation from each track will be selected

● Bank slip of the registration
● If you are a student: a copy of your student ID
