Geethanjalee Poson Bathi Gee Saraniya – 2019, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences

The Geethanjalee Poson Bathi Gee Saraniya was held on 4^th July 2019 at the University premises. This was organized as a Bathi Gee competition where groups of students represented the different Faculties of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Sixteen students from the Department of Nursing and Midwifery, Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences represented the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at this event. This was the first event students took part in after establishing the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences. Dr. A.A.T.D. Amarasekara, Senior  Lecturer, Dept. of Nursing & Midwifery was the Faculty coordinator for this event assisted by Ms. T.L.C. Lasanthika, Lecturer probationary, Dept, of Nursing & Midwifery.
