The Staff Development Committee, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura conducted the first workshop for the year 2022 on “Work life balance”. The workshop was held as a webinar on 8th February 2022 from 3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. The resource person was Dr. Mohd Said Nurumal, Associate Professor, Department of Critical Care Nursing, Kulliyyah (Faculty) of Nursing, International Islamic University, Malaysia. It was a fruitful session for all academics of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences to learn about maintaining healthy work life balance which enhances productivity and satisfaction in both personal life and professional career. Dr. Mohd Said Nurumal conducted the workshop interactively with the participants while relating to his experiences in work life balance.
