The ‘Narrative Competition for Students of Healthcare Professionals’ was organized by the Sri Lanka Medical Association on 25th October 2019 at the SLMA Auditorium, Wijerama Mawatha. Ms. M. Thilini Kumari Mapatuna and Ms. Tharinee Weerasinghe, two undergraduates of the B.Sc Nursing Degree Program, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences participated at this competition. Among 32 competitors from around 10 Allied Health Schools/institutions around Sri Lanka, Ms. M. Thilini Kumari Mapatuna (Batch 12, Department of Nursing and Midwifery) was awarded the first place in the English medium stream.
